To celebrate the Year of the Dragon, Atelier, one of Bangkok’s best buffets, is doing-up its Chinese specialties offering yu shang, homemade dim sum, Beijing duck, Hong Kong-style suckling pig, stir-fried sea cucumber and abalone with dried scallop sauce, and more, in addition to its usual tempting Asian and Western mains, and desserts.
